The Busser role is crucial in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant, and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.Why Join the Paco's Team?Substantial earnings potentialFun incentivesOpportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Flexible schedulingBusser Responsibilities Include:Table Maintenance:Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a seamless dining experience.Ensuring all tabletop items, including salsa, chips, and condiments, are well-stocked and presented attractively.Supporting Service Team:Assisting servers by delivering food, refilling beverages, and responding promptly to guest requests.Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate smooth service.Cleaning and Sanitation:Sweeping and mopping floors in the dining area and designated service areas.Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.Keeping restrooms clean and well-stocked.Guest Interaction:Providing friendly and attentive service to guests as needed.Responding courteously to guest inquiries and requests.Team Collaboration:Working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient teamwork environment.Communicating effectively with team members to ensure excellent service.Qualifications:Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is a plus but not required.Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and bus tubs.Stamina to be on your feet for extended periods.Comfortable working in a dynamic and bustling restaurant environment.Company InformationFS Food Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
