Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 289 - Las Vegas, NV 89119 Overview Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) at Best Buy. The role involves driving consumer sales of Samsung devices, building relationships with customers and store staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day in the Life Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers, ensure they have the most relevant product information, and excel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily training, collaboration, and goal sharing. Core Competencies Plan and Align Drive Results Customer Focus Collaborates Tech Savvy Key Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services in the store using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees, new, and repeat customers as a brand evangelist. Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and team goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals. Customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
