Production Lead-Bilingual- English/Spanish

Job Summary Leads the production team to meet daily production goals in alignment with company policies and quality system. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Oversee and support daily production activity Prepare and maintain production documents, shipping log and inventory Inspect orders Create and inspect labels Collaborate with manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, service, and performance objectives in support of production operations. Implement production operations to meet prescribed productivity and quality goals to ensure adherence with production schedules and quality system. Anticipate problem issues before they arise and take corrective action. Coaches the production team towards common objectives. Apply sound motivational and correctional techniques, including coaching and disciplinary actions, to comply with production protocols and SOPs. Assign specific duties to personnel in order to achieve daily production goals. Preferred Skills And Experiences Bilingual/Spanish Experience functioning as a proactive team player. Must possess strong planning skills with ability to analyze trends and determine corrective actions. Demonstrated ability to produce on schedule. Act independently in a constructive manner. Strongly motivated to improve self. Demonstrated leadership ability through discovering and utilizing people’s capabilities, recognizing good work and earning the respect of peers and subordinates.
