Shift Manager

Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers throughout the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned Departments achieve goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players, flexible with their schedule, and thrive in a fast paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate owned restaurant.
