Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Drive multi‑channel lead generation campaigns across email, content, digital advertising, webinars, events, SEO, social media, and strategic partnerships. Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion metrics, and report on marketing ROI. Identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights within retail technology and SaaS markets. Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global marketing team. Manage timelines, priorities, workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple concurrent projects. Help shape and evolve the company’s messaging, positioning, and brand voice. Utilize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and segmentation. Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience with proven success in B2B lead generation and campaign execution. Prior experience leading or managing a marketing team. Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. Exceptional communication, creative writing, and messaging skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities. Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
