Join Uline Inc. as an Associate Instructional Designer supporting training for our wholesale distribution operations. Design and update engaging e-learning, instructor-led courses, job aids, and process guides for warehouse, sales, and customer service teams. Partner with subject-matter experts to analyze needs, storyboard content, and align materials with performance goals and compliance standards. Use authoring tools and LMS to build, test, and track courses. Evaluate training effectiveness with data and feedback and continuously improve content in Uline’s fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
