Engineering - Mechanic HVAC - Full Time

HVAC-R Mechanic

As part of our Engineering team, the HVAC-R Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the resort's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role plays a critical part in upholding the safety, comfort, and quality standards our guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including boilers, pumps, valves, and central plant equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain and repair laundry and valet equipment
• Accurately record system readings (temperatures, pressures) and maintain detailed logs
• Support electrical setups for events and resort functions
• Partner with fellow team members to support the overall operation of the resort

What To Bring

• HVAC/R Certification and EPA Universal Certification required
• Hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and related systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system data
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
