**Required Experience and Skills:** - 3+ years recent Emergency Department (ED) experience **Preferred Experience:** - Previous experience in a charge role (important for multitasking and independent thinking, not necessarily to serve as a charge in this position) **Required Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) **Best Personality Fit:** - Friendly, Honest, Flexible, Multi-tasker, Compassionate, Works well with others, sense of urgency when needed, possesses superb critical thinking skills.
