This individual will be responsible for performing both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth operations of production equipment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $28-$36 per hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday – Friday, with weekend and overtime availability as needed Third Shift (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM), Second Shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM), First Shift (4:30 AM – 1:00 PM) Located in Northbrook, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols Support production teams by minimizing downtime through efficient problem-solving Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair skills Solid electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair PLC experience preferred; candidates with PLC exposure may be considered for Controls Technician opportunities Ability to work assigned shifts, with flexibility for weekends and overtime — (Salary range based on experience) — ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
