In-Person Instructor For Medical Assistant Course

ProTrain is currently recruiting for an experienced In-Person instructor with experience teaching a Medical Assistant course.

Candidates must have experience teaching in a classroom or/and in a synchronous environment, as well as have a minimum of 3 years in Medical Assisting.

This is a part time, contracted teaching position to begin immediately. Future classes will be available to the right candidate.

Course Location: In Classroom, Missouri City, TX Course Day/Time: TBD Course Start Date: January 2026

What You Will Do

• In-Classroom Instructor
• Topics covered: Medical Records, Medical Asepsis / OSHA Standard, Sterilization and Disinfection, Vital Signs, Physical Examination, Eye and Ear Assessment, Tissue Healing, Gynecologic Exam and Prenatal Care, Pediatric Examination, Minor Office Surgery, Administration of Medication, EKG, Colon Procedures, Radiology, Clinical Laboratory, Urinary System, Phlebotomy, Hematology, Blood Chemistry and Immunology, Microbiology, Emergency Medical Procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years teaching experience
• Minimum 3 years in related field of study
• Must adhere to weekly class schedule
• Active NHA CCMA Certification
