We are currently seeking exceptional full time Baker personnel for Ocean City, Maryland.Key Responsibilities:BakerReceives and checks food inventory and supplies for quality and quantityProduction of bakery items (donuts, bagels, muffins, etc.)Rotates and places all food in clean containers, labeled and dateFinishing of bakery productsPrevents the spoiling and contamination of foods by practicing proper sanitation and complying with corporate policy and health regulationsCleaning of kitchen area and kitchen equipmentBeing able to follow a recipeTakes a proactive role in keeping all culinary areas in a clean and sanitary manner and kept within the cleanliness guidelines set forth by the local health authority and management team.Any other tasks as assigned by a managerShifts begin early afternoon and run into the evening.Ideal candidates have backgrounds as a line cook or poultry plant worker, or experience in manufacturing or packaging, fast food, factory line, bakery and confectionery production, distribution warehouse picking, back of house restaurant work.Candidates with previous prep cook, sous chef, Sautee cook, broiler cook, breakfast cook, fry cook or line cook experience as well as housekeeping, hotel and hotel restaurant experience will also be considered.Physical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting packages (more than 20 pounds)Working in a small spacePay and Benefits:We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).Wage range: $22/hourBenefits include:401KPaid VacationHealth InsuranceBonus potentialIn return for your loyalty and determination to succeed we will offer you an exciting career within our growing business.You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
