To support a growing healthcare initiative, the remote Member Care Advocate will provide empathetic member support, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and empower members to navigate their benefits effectively in a high-volume environment. Key responsibilities Provide member-centered support by answering inbound calls and chats with clarity and empathy Resolve core member issues by explaining benefits coverage and connecting members to available programs Leverage tools and resources to document interactions accurately and ensure continuity of care Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls using VoIP phone systems Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office with reliable internet
