Housekeeper
Location: Concord, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience

About Us
We are pleased to announce the opening of a new substance use treatment center in Concord, MA. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can focus on their recovery. We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and healing environment for all clients, staff, and visitors.

Position Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in creating and sustaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere by performing daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and shared spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and replace linens in client bedrooms following discharge.
- Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms with linens, toiletries, and supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Complete daily work assignments using checklists to ensure thoroughness.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and chemicals in accordance with procedures.
- Follow safety and infection control practices, including hand hygiene and precautions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to handle crisis or risk situations calmly and appropriately.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and use hands frequently.
- Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
