Benefits Competitive health & wellness benefits, 401(k) & company match Paid Sick Days, Vacation, Holidays, Bereavement, and Pet Bereavement Training & Development opportunities, career growth Tuition Reimbursement Pet Insurance Team Member Hotel Rates and other discounts, perks, and more Essential Functions and Responsibilities Oversee registration and checkout of hotel guests, including peak period assistance Assist Front Desk Agents with guest requests and complaint resolution Perform Front Desk, Reservations, and Star Service functions as needed Print occupancy, arrival/departure, and backup reports promptly Review Specials Report daily for pre‑blocking of rooms and special services Block relocated guests returning to the hotel Communicate special requests to Housekeeping and coordinate with Room Service for timely deliveries Monitor room changes, duplicate reservations and out‑of‑order rooms daily Ensure clearing of due‑outs, Express Checkouts, no‑shows, and pre‑registered guests Process applicable charges for late check‑outs (12pm) Maintain room availability for Sales & Conference Management departments Verify group billing procedures and VIP/special requests Conduct daily line‑ups, monitor arrivals, and clear departures with Housekeeping Accurately report guest needs and problem resolution Interact with customers in person and cross‑departmentally Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Work independently, exhibiting excellent people skills and adherence to Loews Hotels Star Service standards Assist with remote and reserved registration/check‑out of groups Print group no‑show, in‑house, and arrival reports daily Answer telephone expediently, log complaints, and address non‑desk questions Monitor room category, bedding availability, and amenity requests up to seven days in advance to prevent overbooking and ensure accurate billing Monitor Master accounts for check‑in and extensions as required Execute emergency procedures per hotel standards Notify appropriate individuals of significant problems or unusual matters Attend hotel meetings and training sessions Maintain clean and excellent condition of Rooms Control & Back Office area and equipment Maintain proper stock of all supplies in the Back Office Area Promote teamwork, comply with hotel standards and safety regulations, and stay current on hotel information and changes Supportive Functions and Responsibilities Maintain clean and excellent condition of Rooms Control & Back Office area and equipment Maintain proper stock of supplies in Back Office Area Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards Notify appropriate individuals and departments of any significant problems or unusual matters Attend all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions Be polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, employees, and management Promote teamwork skills at all times Comply with all hotel standards, policies, and rules Comply with safety regulations and procedures Remains current on hotel information and changes Qualifications Excellent communication skills – oral and written Excellent guest service skills Knowledge of computer programs used in property management Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Minimum one year experience as a Front Desk Agent at a comparable quality property Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or exceptionally strong technical and service skills Creating a Team Member experience where you belong no matter what age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status is a daily focus for us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
