Growing together. Under general supervision, the Senior Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory duties, including specimen collection, waived and moderate testing (including microscopy), and EKGs.

The Senior Phlebotomist will have a strong background in phlebotomy, laboratory procedures, and patient care.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

The Senior Phlebotomist will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.Schedule: This position is a 40‑hour work week.Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (shift one)Thursday and Friday from 6:45 am to 7:45 pm Saturday and Sunday from7:45 am to 5:00 pm (shift two)The schedule includes holiday rotations.Hours may fluctuate based on business needs.Final scheduling will be determined by the hiring managerLocation: 3927 Rucker Ave, Everett, WA 98201 (LAB)Primary Responsibilities:Venipuncture and specimen collection:Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques promptlyMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentProcess and prepare specimens for testing and transportTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to specimen collection, testing, and equipmentGive proper patient collection instructions (i.e.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
