Why You'll Love Working Here Scenic work environment in the North Georgia mountains Friendly, team-oriented culture Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for career growth and skill development Complimentary employee meals during shifts Resort discounts for you and your family Complimentary golf privileges based on availability Competitive Benefits Include Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our resort remains safe, beautiful, and fully operational by: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently Completing general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance Safely operating hand and power tools Responding to maintenance requests from guests and resort departments Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work logs Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic Positive attitude with a team-first approach Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Build Your Career in the Mountains At Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, you're more than an employee遥ou're part of a team committed to creating exceptional experiences for every guest while supporting one another in a positive, professional workplace.
