McDonald's Shift Manager Join our team as a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers during shifts, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Pay rate is based on availability and certifications. Position is at an independent franchisee‑owned McDonald's restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, and have the passion to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
