Business Program ManagerImmediate need for a talented Business Program Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mclean VA (Onsite).Key Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the effort to design, implement, and optimize processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.Process Development: Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.Program Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design.Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution.Monitoring and Reporting: Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring and Reporting, Documentation, Process DevelopmentProven experience in process development and program coordination.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred.Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus.
