München Vollzeit Deine Aufgaben Aktive Mitwirkung bei Gestaltung und Umsetzung innovativer „generative-AI“ Lösungen (Artificial Intelligence) zur Unterstützung operativer Q-Prozesse im Produktentwicklungsprozess (z.B. Issue-Management, Residual-Risk Assessment) Operative Durchführung von Risiko-Bewertungen (z.B. ERZ: Entwicklung-Risiko-Zahl) in allen Truck- und Bus-Projekten Koordination und Vorbereitung von Gesamt-Fzg.-Freigaben für die zentrale Qualität in Legacy-Projekten Truck und in Bus-Projekten Erstellung regelmäßiger und projektspezifischer Statusberichte zur Darstellung und Bewertung des Bearbeitungs- und Zielerreichungsgrades Teilnahme an baureihenspezifischen Gremien (BiF, TiF, KiF, …) und Vorstellung von Statusreports Mitarbeit zur Definition und Operationalisierung von Prozesskennzahlen (KPI’s) Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Qualitätsmethoden, insbesondere im Umfeld Issue-Management und Risk-Assessment. Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualität sowie Entwicklung von HW- und SW-Systemen in der Automobilindustrie Kompetenzen und operative Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Implementierung von Applikationen auf Basis von AI-Technologien: Machine Learning, Data Engineering Basics, Cloud & Deployment (AWS) Erfahrungen in der Programmierung in Python von AI-Lösungen in MS-Copilot sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Produktentwicklungsprozesse (PEP) sowie der Abläufe und der Methoden in Research & Development (R&D) Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und hervorragender Kommunikationsstil Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen. Zielorientierte, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift #J-18808-Ljbffr Pmx Group
