Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of automotive technicians and communicate effectively with management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards
Mentor and train technicians on best practices and new technologies in the automotive industry
Manage inventory and order parts as needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform hands-on mechanical work as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
ASE certifications are a plus

We are a 4 day work week shop. Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PM

With no weekends ever.
