Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of automotive technicians and communicate effectively with management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards
- Mentor and train technicians on best practices and new technologies in the automotive industry
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform hands-on mechanical work as needed
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- ASE certifications are a plus

We are a 4 day work week shop. Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PM
With no weekends ever.
