About the Position

Experience in neuro care is ideal. Description: The facility is a tertiary care regional referral hospital known for clinical excellence. It offers specialized services including a trauma center and high-risk obstetrical care. A wide range of specialties is available, including bariatrics, cancer care, cardiac care, and more. Candidates must clear all required screenings before starting. The unit has 22 beds with patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1. Equipment includes vital sign machines and cardiac monitors. The electronic health record system used is EPIC. Common patient populations served include adults with neurological conditions. Common diagnoses include CVA, TIA, and seizures. The facility provides all necessary education during the orientation period. Dress code requires scrubs in any color, with restrictions on certain attire. Candidates must be available for holiday shifts as scheduled.
