Managing administrative and front office duties Building and maintaining positive patient relationships Answering incoming calls, including new patient inquiries and emergency calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Requesting and managing patient records Assisting with insurance claims and related documentation Following up with patients regarding treatment and appointments Managing unscheduled and treatment-pending lists to support scheduling goals Maintaining accurate patient accounts and records Coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team Qualifications High school diploma 2 or more years dental front office experience Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with a team Practice Description Our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, naturally beautiful smiles through a combination of advanced technology, artistic expertise, and compassionate care.
