Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Brockton, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: OR - Operating Room\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/19/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, flexible\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Variable, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 19, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an RN - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment requiring 2+ years of OR circulating experience and an active MA RN license.Details\n \n Operating room setting including Surgery Center and Main OR\n 8-hour AM shifts with start times of 6:30a, 9a, or 11a depending on department needs\n 40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule\n Ambulatory case types may include sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general, oral, and minor vascular procedures\n No weekends, no major holidays, and no on-call required\n Must be willing to float between Surgery Center and Main OR based on volume\n Requirements\n \n Active MA RN license required\n BLS certification required\n CNOR certification preferred\n 2+ years of OR experience circulating required\n Scrub experience strongly preferred\n Minimum 18 months of experience in the specialty being submitted to\n Two professional references required, including one at the manager level with a performance evaluation within the last 12 months\n Must pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test (A or B)\n Valid, unexpired driver's license required\n Additional Information\n \n Perform circulating duties across a variety of ambulatory surgical case types\n May be required to float between Surgery Center and Main OR depending on patient volume\n 50-mile radius rule applies for local versus travel rate eligibility\n Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-756341.
