Job Details Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC is currently seeking full time and part time Diet Aide's in The Health Center, our skilled nursing facility. Duties Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the preparation, set up, and delivery of all meals. Learn and be responsible for working with the Certified Dietary Manager in developing meal plans, working with the cooks on the line, as well as delivering the meals to residents. Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as our established policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel as well as with other departments within the community.
