Customer Service Representative Location: Altoona, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour DOE Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Available (20-40 Hours/Week) Status: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing service-based organization. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support both in person and over the phone while coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes. Handle customer service requests and service-related communications. Enter and maintain customer information and records. Utilize QuickBooks and other business software to support office operations. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, services, and follow-up needs. Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships. Qualifications Required Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn company software systems. Experience with QuickBooks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Scheduling or dispatching experience. Experience in a service-based, utility, home services, or technical environment.
