We provide an array of services to enable client lifecycle transactions; from relationship establishment, supporting the data demands surrounding instruments and delivering non-financial reporting to our regulators.The Operations Optimization & Enablement Team, within SMBIC Data and Regulatory Operations, is responsible for the execution of strategic change initiatives, including:Developing and implementing Gen AI solutioning strategies in partnership with TechnologyDriving transformative change initiatives across the organizationWhat you’ll doThe DRO Design Authority Team is accountable for management of incoming people, process, and technology changes impacting Data and Regulatory operations. The role holder will:Review Design Authority requests for completeness and work with each team to ensure impact analysis is clearRepresent DRO if engaging with stakeholders, ensuring that the organization has a voice at the tablePrepare presentations to bring submission forward for senior management approvalGenerate reporting to seniors and Finance on request status and impact per requestTracking the status of requests from the time of intake through to approval and implementation, working within DRO and cross-functionallyMay be responsible for the day-to-day management of execution against milestones and budget on one or more projects. Assess creation and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.Engage stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive transformative changesApply knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and Data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis Appropriately assess and escalate risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.What we’ll need from youExtensive experience in project management roles, specifically within OperationsHighly-organized and adaptable professionalProficient and with a strong track record of managing project scope, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control ensuring compliance with project management governanceAbility to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levelsAbility to rationalize and work through organizational change.
