[steady music] [cleaner humming] Do you have any more discharges today? [vacuum buzzing] Cleveland Clinic Environmental Services.

We keep the hospital with cleaning and safe at all times for the patients and the caregivers. Is this a good time to clean your room? It's not just cleaning, it's more than that.

If you need anything 24/7 we're here. Well, thank you. The goal is to make sure that the patient is well taken care of during their stay.

[water sloshing] [upbeat music] Every cleaner has their cleaning cart, their mops, rags, cleaning solutions. They're the ones that are gonna clean rooms.

We need to make sure that we clean everything that people touch on a regular basis it's very, very important. You don't wanna get the patient sicker than they already are. We wanna keep everything sanitized for yah.

I do appreciate that. And floor tech is getting their equipment. Scrubbing Cart that scrubs the floor, takes all the wax off.

We do offices, bathrooms, exam rooms, utility rooms break rooms. You have to be able to multitask. You have to be able to be patient engaged.

There's things like detailing that you have to have the eye for. Know that anybody can do anything that they put your mind to. [upbeat music] As a team lead, I help everybody and show them this is the way to do it.

I train all the new trainees that come into the building. My rewarding part of the job is you, my new caregiver I trained you to be successful, to take on everything that

I showed you and use it to your ability so you can become something better. [steady music] Cleveland Clinic is a fun and prosperous place to work because you can further advance your career. And the benefits are off the chain.

I'm a supervisor of our S and T building here at the main campus. I have at least 17 employees under me. Also check the offices that we rounded last week.
