Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Norwood, New Jersey.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work pattern: five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Required to be available for requested return-to-office (RTO) dates as noted by client.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. You will deliver evaluations, individualized treatment plans, progress documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient discharge goals and functional improvement.
