Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform alongside your personal network
• Communicate with candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Engage with leads to nurture interest and guide them through their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate income based on scheduled meetings, interviews held, and hires resulting from your leads

Essential Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach you determine your schedule, not the other way around

• No prior experience in recruiting required if you are organized and resourceful, we will train you on the specifics

Your Compensation

This is a commission-based position. This means there is no limit on your earning potential and no cap on your achievements.

You'll be compensated for the tangible contributions you make:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange
• Additional earnings when interviews occur thanks to your outreach
