Assistant Rehab Director

Overview Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA) to join our Beaumont, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community. Salaried Role - $79,000 - $84,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week. Offers based on experience and qualifying interview. Prior Management experience preferred As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications Current state licensure as a PTA Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Long Term Care Management experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Benefits Low-Cost Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Options 401(k) Generous PTO.
