Full-Time | Day or Evening Shift | One‑on‑One Care

Location: Delmont, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends Available) | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated HHA to provide 1:1 private duty care for a wonderful 14‑year‑old male child . This is a great opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work every single day-all in a supportive home setting.

What You'll Do:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

✅ What You'll Need:

Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
