Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, including test plan, case development, and reporting
• 2+ years of hands-on automation testing experience utilizing tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar
• Proficiency with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and database tables
• Prior experience in .NET, VB, HTML, JavaScript environments
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong scripting skills and experience with AI automation tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies for web-based UI and backend applications
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and performance
• Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to understand product requirements and usability considerations
• Identify potential defects, risks, and areas for process improvement, documenting findings thoroughly
• Lead automation initiatives, aiming to increase automation coverage in testing processes
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
• Use tools such as Postman and Swagger for API testing and validation
• Continuously improve testing workflows and automation scripts to facilitate faster release cycles
• Support the deployment of new features and updates through rigorous testing and documentation
