Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across major digital platforms Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities to improve retention and engagement Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on growth strategy and market positioning Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing Proven track record in scaling paid advertising for consumer apps Deep experience with Apple Search Ads and major social platforms Strong understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS Experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust
