Tryfacta is seeking an LPN LTC for our client in Hood River, OR 97031. This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: LPN LTC

Location: Hood River, OR 9703

Duration: 13 Weeks

Work Schedule: Day 3x12, 6am-6pm Tues/Wed/Thu

Pay rate: $45 to $51 per hour

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• First time travelers are accepted
• 1+ year experience required
• Certification required: BLS, LPN License

Responsibilities:

Administered medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitored vital signs and residents' health conditions.

Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures.

Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care.

Documented assessments, care, and medication administration.

Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider.

Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.

Collaborated with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
