Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities Greet and assist all patients initially as they enter the clinic Check in patients, copy insurance cards, explain insurance benefits, and confirm demographics Direct patient flow through clinic Answering phone, scheduling appointments, directing phone calls Collecting monies for services, materials & copays Order contact lenses Verifying patient insurance and calculating cost Prepare superbills Ensure HIPAA rules & regulations are in compliance Coordinate with all other team members of changes and/or updates within schedule or relevant information Dispense & adjust eyewear when needed Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Relocate Le Mars, IA 51031: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
