Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio area
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of Food manufacturing experience with Production Floor supervising production processes and equipment operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot Automated equipment and solve production-related problems.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SFQ, and Food Safety requirements.
- Lean Manufacturing experience and Continuous Improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Leads daily Production Operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and schedule targets.
- Enforce safety programs, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, Sanitation Standards, food safety requirements, and production specifications to maintain product quality.
- Trains, coaches, and develops employees; provide performance feedback, address team conflicts, and support employee evaluations and disciplinary processes.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring line performance, reducing waste, improving efficiency, coordinating changeovers, and maintaining documentation.
