Administrator-in-Training (AIT) – Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

What You'll Do:
As an Administrator-in-Training, you'll gain practical experience in:
- Daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care facility
- Regulatory compliance and state/federal survey preparation
- Quality assurance and performance improvement
- Resident care and customer satisfaction
- Human resources, staffing, and employee engagement
- Financial management and budgeting
- Admissions, marketing, and census development
- Leadership development and team management

Requirements:- Must reside in Colorado
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience in Healthcare setting LTC/SNF preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Wage Range: $50k-$75k D.O.E / Application Deadline: 9/15/2026
