You'll answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care. This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll educate customers about available services, recommend appropriate solutions, and help them feel confident in choosing Alpine while creating a smooth and positive experience from beginning to end. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Educate customers on available services and solutions Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience Maintain detailed customer records and appointment information Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication Identify opportunities to provide additional value through consultative conversations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, retail, inside sales, call center operations, or administrative support is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally are essential.
