PM Dishwasher

The Alinea Group is looking for a full-time PM Dishwasher to join our team! The Dishwasher is a crucial part of the team to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness for our guests. This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish/glass washer
• Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware and flatware
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
• Removal of garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins
• Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas

Requirements

• 1 or more year experience of dishwashing or comparable position
• Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools and other required equipment safely
• Ability to follow instructions, anticipate needs, and multitask
• Can work individually and within a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
