Field Sales Representative

About the Role Diamond Distributions LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and sales calls Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Represent Diamond Distributions LLC professionally at customer sites and industry events Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Requirements 1+ years of field sales, outside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus About Us Diamond Distributions LLC is a trusted distribution company based in Irwindale, CA, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.
