Job Requirements

2+ years of administrative assistant experience required

Epic experience required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience answering telephones and checking patients in

Experience in a cancer center or oncology setting strongly preferred

Ability to thrive in a professional, patient-focused healthcare environment

Responsibilities

Provide front-desk, clerical, and administrative support for oncology services

Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately

Greet patients and assist with check-in and arrival processes

Support scheduling, coordination, and daily office workflow

Enter and update patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records

Deliver friendly, professional service to patients, families, and clinical staff

Help maintain an organized, efficient medical office environment
