Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment Uphold company policies and standards Retail Store Operations: Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees. Marketing and Customer Relations Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives Collaborate on the planning and execution in-store and off-site events Qualifications and Skills: Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered. Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more Comfortable using a ladder We welcome applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States.
