You are skilled at making spaces look elevated and beautiful, while also keeping household functionality in mind. You can communicate effectively with kindness to both co‑workers and customers. You can lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, use a ladder, and have mental and physical stamina. This job will include working in spaces such as garages, storage units, cluttered houses, as well as large homes that want to take organized living to the next level. You are not afraid of cobwebs, spiders, or other insects that could be in client garages. However, you possess an elevated sense of style and feel comfortable working in luxury homes. You don't get frustrated easily by people, situations, or changes in plans. Qualifications Highly personally organized Ability to prioritize under pressure Desire to be a part of a company and work in a team on projects Does not have their own organizing company Does not work for another organizing company Available at least 9am‑5pm, 3 weekdays per week Can work at least one Saturday per month when needed Can attend monthly virtual team meetings, Mondays at 5pm Has a presentable car for container pick‑ups and donation drop‑offs No allergies to pets, dust, or fragrance Stamina for client shopping and admin duties after organizing sessions iPhone and Mac user Tech‑savvy and able to use scheduling apps Quick responder to company communication Comfortable with being featured on the company website, marketing emails, and social media accounts LA Applicants must live in LA County and be able to work on client projects from the South Bay to Calabasas Hourly compensation based on experience.
