Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of strong Python or Java experience, including the ability to design and build complex AI models from the ground up.
• We need 2 years of experience in generative AI development and prompt engineering.
• We need proven experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability in AI initiatives.
• We need at least 5 years of strong experience with React or Angular and at least 2 years of AWS experience.
• We need understanding of agile practices such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security as applied to AI work.
• We need experience with LLMs and agentic tools.
• Preferred: experience optimizing AI models and tuning performance for efficient, scalable solutions.
• Preferred: familiarity with data engineering practices supporting AI model training and deployment.
• Preferred: strong understanding of machine learning approaches, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, plus experience with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

• We lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions aligned to business goals and technical needs.
• We contribute deep generative AI expertise to proof-of-concepts and assess new methods that expand AI capabilities.
• We architect and build secure, high-quality production code, create intuitive AI application interfaces using React or Angular, and carry out code reviews to uphold standards.
• We apply AWS best practices to improve the quality, security, and efficiency of AI integration work.
• We identify and automate processes to strengthen the operational stability of generative AI applications and systems.
• We take an active role in communities of practice to encourage adoption and awareness of emerging generative AI technologies and a culture of continuous innovation.
