Position Overview

We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred). - Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation (required). - Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule

This schedule is 10 hours weekly of Supported Employment. Schedule: 3-4 days a week 12 pm - 3 pm
