Who we’re looking for A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinician, you will provide best‑in‑class mental health services delivered in person and via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. This position sits in our West Deptford, NJ office and reports directly to the Clinic Director. Your schedule will align with community needs and be determined in conjunction with your direct manager. All clinical positions are in person Monday‑Friday and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week. Compensation range: $60‑85k. This salary reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation, but does not include benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, skills, experience, and location. What you’ll be doing Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning Facilitate or co‑facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches Provide in‑person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What you’ll need Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT Master’s Degree in a clinical field (social work, counseling, psychology, or related discipline) Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations Experience with group facilitation preferred Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards Benefits Competitive salary aligned with your experience Comprehensive paid time off package Annual time off to volunteer Parental leave Annual continuing education allocations Competitive medical, dental, and vision package Annual subscription to a leading meditation app Environment that fosters professional development, including financing for advanced licensure and certifications Internal supervision opportunities Dedicated, motivated team and chance to be part of a highly ambitious medical startup Modern, elegant, and high‑end work environment We are committed to equal employment opportunity.
