It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.This is a summer full time internship working 40 hours per week.This position pays: $17/hourWe are currently hiring at one of the following locations:22500 US-59, Kingwood, TX 77339ResponsibilitiesWhen you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.QualificationsMust be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of August or December 2027Must be willing to commit to our summer program minimally working 40 hrs. per week (starting May 25, 2027).Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)Military serviceCollegiate student athleteHeld a student leadership role in a university organizationMust have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
