Our multi-million-dollar home improvement company is looking for energetic people willing to work hard, make good money, and grow with our canvassing team in South Florida. We provide training, team support, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Talk to homeowners face-to-face about our services
• Set qualified appointments
• Work within a high-energy environment

Qualifications:

• Punctuality and accountability
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
• English required (Spanish is a plus)

*LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED CANVASSERS*

Compensation:

• Start at $14/hr, up to $17/hr based on performance.
• 1% bonus after producing $100,000+ in sales
• $500 bonus after 30 days with a minimum of 3 sales
• Transportation provided
• Growth into management roles (higher commissions)

Work Areas: Plantation, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Tamarac, Coral Springs, North Lauderdale, and Pompano Beach.

Schedule: Mon–Fri /10:00 AM–6:00 PM
