ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Setup and modify CNC cutter programs.
• Modify and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance.
• Analyzes layout of factory floor, equipment, teams.
• Review operator's instructions for accuracy and completeness, and update/revise as necessary.
• Work with teams to define and document assembly routings for new and existing products.
• Work with teams and quality control to resolve production problems involving work instructions and processes.
• Produce error-free procedures that minimize production time and excess materials.
• Maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of material for all products.
• Assist in design and prototyping of new products.
• Direct teams/projects as assigned.
• Other projects and/or tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years related work experience
