Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Plantation, Florida medical center. This outpatient opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages—from pediatrics through geriatrics- while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Flexible weekday schedule with alternating shifts:
  • 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
• No on-call responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with care teams to improve quality outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
